As a recruitment organization, we’re seeking for the greatest candidates: Art Director
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the advertising & marketing industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Art Director in the advertising & marketing industry
- Excellent Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign skills
- Proven experience in relevant fields such as advertising, digital marketing, brand identity, branding for events and engaging activities, design for print, package design, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and supporting the team of graphic & media designers to develop visual concepts, presentations, and designs for print and digital communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns.
- Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.
- Work closely with project managers and the rest of the team to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and deadlines are met.
- Lead presentations and effectively communicate a creative vision.
- Collaborate with the creative director, managers, designers, copywriters, other team members, and clients to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objectives and audiences.
- Conceptualise, develop and implement visual concepts, presentations and designs.
- Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
- Collaborate with video production teams in terms of visual concepts & art direction for projects including photoshoots, video filming, and motion graphics.
- Work closely and offer support for colleagues, foster a collaborative and positive work environment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and team members to achieve company goals.
