Backend Developer (C# .NET)

Our partner is an American software company with an office in Prishtina, well-known in the ICT industry and respected in Kosovo’s labor market. We are seeking top candidates for the position of Backend Developer (C# .NET)

As a Back-end Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server side of web applications. You will also be expected to work independently to meet deadlines following functional and design requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain server-side logic and databases for dynamic web applications.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Design and optimize databases, write queries, and ensure data integrity for efficient information storage.
• Implement strategies for fast response times and efficient resource use in back-end processes.
• Apply security best practices to protect data and prevent vulnerabilities.
• Work closely with front-end developers and designers to integrate components seamlessly.
• Design systems that scale horizontally and vertically for increased loads.
• Implement effective processes for timely issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for back-end systems.
• Collaborate with QA teams for reliable and robust back-end systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in .Net
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with security best practices and the implementation of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams..
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with C# .NET
