As a recruitment organization, we’re seeking for the greatest candidates: Digital Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO).
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic/engagement.
• Analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the creative team.
• Collaborate with creative and PM teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent English & Albanian language skills.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Meta, SEO tools, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
• Team management skills are an advantage.
• Experience in the advertising industry & donor-funded projects is a plus.
