Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, define product requirements, and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather user insights and inform design decisions.
- Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces (UIs) that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical requirements.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and user flows.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
- Proven ability to design user-centered interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including user research, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn.
Bonus points:
