We are looking for them the best candidates for the position: Product Designer (Senior Level)
You’ll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams, keeping our users at the forefront of everything you do to explore, test, iterate and execute designs that improve our existing experience and expand our product offering. A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complexity into beautiful, simple, and easy-to-use design solutions is a must.
Responsibilities.:
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand product initiatives, processes, and help align user and business goals.
- Own the end-to-end design of key experiences.
- Collaborate closely with your design partners, sharing designs frequently and accepting and giving feedback on all design projects in the pipeline.
- Participate and conduct user interviews, analyze user behavior and feedback, and help turn observations into new and improved initiatives.
- Work closely with engineering, ensuring execution aligns closely with designs and user goals.
- Help shape team dynamic and process.
What will you need?
- At least 5 years of design experience. Experience with B2B software is s a plus.
- A design portfolio that showcases prior work and demonstrates thought process and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to translate designs into mockups and functional prototypes.
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple disciplines.
- Deep understanding of user experience, user interaction, and visual design. Familiarity designing for multiple device types and screen-sizes is a plus.
- Comfortable presenting your ideas to influence decision making and comfortable taking and giving feedback.
- Self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
- A proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and other UX tools.
