Our Business Partner, Happy Productions is a dynamic and world-renowned social media agency, and we are searching for them the best candidates for the position of:  Project Manager

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in managing marketing and sales projects? If so, this opportunity might be the perfect fit for you!
Your role will be pivotal in overseeing various projects, coordinating with U.S. based clients, and ensuring tasks are executed promptly and effectively.

Role:

  1. Project Management: Skillfully manage a range of projects, ensuring they stay on track, meet deadlines, and fulfill client requirements.
  2. Client Communication: Engage confidently in calls with U.S. based clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and fostering strong working relationships.
  3. Self-Driven Initiative: Take the lead in initiating project tasks and driving progress independently.
  4. Swift Task Completion: Demonstrate the ability to swiftly complete tasks without compromising quality.
  5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate project-related data.

Requirements:

  1. Background: Prior experience in project management within a marketing or sales company is preferred.
  2. Client Interaction: Comfortable and adept at engaging with U.S. clients over calls.
  3. Proactive Approach: Display a self-starter attitude, taking the initiative to propel projects forward.
  4. Software: Experience with Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive
  5. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  6. Communication: Excellent/Perfect spoken and written English skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients.
