Your role will be pivotal in overseeing various projects, coordinating with U.S. based clients, and ensuring tasks are executed promptly and effectively.
Role:
- Project Management: Skillfully manage a range of projects, ensuring they stay on track, meet deadlines, and fulfill client requirements.
- Client Communication: Engage confidently in calls with U.S. based clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and fostering strong working relationships.
- Self-Driven Initiative: Take the lead in initiating project tasks and driving progress independently.
- Swift Task Completion: Demonstrate the ability to swiftly complete tasks without compromising quality.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate project-related data.
Requirements:
- Background: Prior experience in project management within a marketing or sales company is preferred.
- Client Interaction: Comfortable and adept at engaging with U.S. clients over calls.
- Proactive Approach: Display a self-starter attitude, taking the initiative to propel projects forward.
- Software: Experience with Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent/Perfect spoken and written English skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients.
