Project Manager

As a recruitment organization, we’re seeking for the greatest candidates: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Management of donor-funded projects in the field of communication, marketing, PR or similar fields.
• Management of financial & administrative aspects of projects.
• Management of teams responsible for the implementation of the project.
• Research of and management of the application processes related to acquiring projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Management, Marketing, PR or a similar field. A master’s degree in those fields is considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing multiple clients/projects in the field of communications.
• Proven experience in managing communications teams is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in managing EU-funded / donor-funded projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Albanian languages. Knowledge of the Serbian language is considered an advantage.
• Excellent financial management, organizational & report-compilation skills.
