We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our factoring services in the each region.

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations within the designated region. The role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly in factoring, with a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to meet and exceed sales targets for factoring services.
  • Client Acquisition and Management: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth within the factoring sector.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions to achieve or exceed regional sales objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and service delivery.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, resolving any issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience with SME and Corporate Clients in the financial services industry-banking sector
  • Skills: Understanding of factoring and accounts receivable financing.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
  • Leadership experience is an advatage
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with financial analysis tools is a plus.
