Our Business Partner, Happy Productions, a dynamic and world-renowned social media agency, is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Manager to spearhead our outbound sales efforts. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing systems, overseeing their sales team, and developing strategies to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build and lead an in-office sales team, fostering a high-performance culture, providing training, and motivating team members to achieve their sales goals.
- System & Automation Architect: Develop and implement robust systems and automations for outbound sales, including email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and Instagram direct messaging. Set and track daily email outbound targets.
- Pipeline Mastery: Oversee the Close.com CRM to track and manage deals as they progress through the sales pipeline. Ensure accurate data entry, deal progression, and timely follow-up.
- Performance Oversight: Manage and mentor a team of closers and cold callers. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, including open rates, connection rates, response rates, and deal closures.
Strategy:
- Offer Craftsmanship: Collaborate with the team to craft compelling offers that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Ideal Customer Profiling: Determine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) or customer avatars to refine targeting efforts and increase lead quality.
- Copywriting Excellence: Craft and continuously optimize marketing copy to engage prospects effectively and drive conversions.
- Script and Strategy Refinement: Develop and refine cold call scripts and strategies to maximize success rates and appointment bookings.

- Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading outbound sales efforts, achieving targets, and mentoring a sales team.
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Close.com, to manage and monitor sales pipelines.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
