For our partner, a contractor company of US Army and NATO, we are recruiting for them a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with extensive experience in utilizing Jira as a project management tool. Additionally, experience or familiarity with digital platforms in the healthcare industry would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a facilitator for Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the development team on Agile principles and practices to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality products.
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Utilize Jira to track and manage sprint progress, user stories, and team performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, and manage expectations throughout the development process.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve project milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with digital platforms in the healthcare industry is a plus.
