Senior Flutter Developer

Our Partner is the leading software provider for industrial aftersales and digital documentation delivering cost-effective and value-adding (cloud) solutions to over 1,000 global customers. Headquartered in Nuremberg + 4 more sites (Inning, Amberg, Karlsruhe = plusmeta and Pristina, Kosovo) with a dedicated and passionate workforce of 270 employees within the Group.

We are looking for the best candidates for the position Senior Flutter Developer, with starting date 15 June 2024.

Main responsibilities & tasks

• Lead the development and implementation of our mobile application using the Flutter framework, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Conception and development of scalable and maintainable solutions, considering performance, security, and usability, as well as market fit and customer needs.
• Mentor and guide developers, providing technical expertise, guidance on technical challenges, code reviews, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug issues and implement solutions to ensure high quality and reliability of the application.
• Optimization of workflows, build pipelines and tools to ensure an efficient and clear development process.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the mobile development team, staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications & skills required

• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer, with at least 6 years of experience in professional mobile application development, ideally in B2B industry.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and the Flutter framework, with a deep understanding of mobile app development principles and patterns.
• Deep understanding of modern mobile app technologies, architectural patterns, and application security.
• Experience with state management, storage of offline data and APIs (e.g. GraphQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
• Experience in provisioning of an app via app store, with good knowledge of app stores guidelines.
• High quality and security awareness.
• Mindset of sharing knowledge, strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

Other / specifics:

• Published apps on the App Store or Google Play Store is a plus.
• Experience in working with multilingual and intercultural teams is a plus.

Working Model

• Hybrid model, 3 days office, 2 days remote
• Office in City Center Prishtina
• Salary range: 2.700 – 3.200 euro / monthly gross
